Zippo Rocks!
Sweet! I just got my Zippo back! While not a smoker I’ve always loved the sound and feel of a Zippo, not to mention how handy it is to always have a lighter in your pocket. Of course, if it’s in your pocket then it’s very tempting to play with, which is exactly what I was doing when my Zippo of 9 years flew out of my hand, breaking the hinge upon landing. Doh! Enter Zippo’s lifetime warranty. For just the cost of shipping one way I sent my Zippo away about three weeks ago, curious if I’d ever see it again. Well, today it arrived! Not only was my hinge perfect fixed, not only did they send extra flints, they also sent a completely new insert AS WELL AS returning the old one! Zippo took an idiot move on my part, it’s a lighter not a juggling ball, and not only fixed everything for free but actually made it better than it was before. Job well done Zippo, I’d always like your lighters but now I feel the same way about your company.
