Yeah, I was aware it was an RC, figured they were pretty close but guess I was wrong. As a laptop user I'm a victim of several of the big issues SP1 is supposed to fix but perhaps I was a bit over-anxious in installing it. Unfortunately, the uninstall still has some bugs as well, as I've been having some weird new issues since. Good thing I was planning on a reinstall next week! Now Vista SP1 just won’t stop calling!
