Personally, I can say that YouMail always worked very well for me, though that's hardly a statistically significant sample size. I say "worked" in the past tense because while I was more than happy to pay the fee for YouMail, the extra $20+ Sprint tacked onto my monthly phone bill for the privilege of NOT using Sprint's voicemail system was more than I could swallow. So you could say I'm angry and dissatisfied too, just not with YouMail. Though if my experience thus far is any indicator, you have a FAR better chance of getting your issues resolved than I do. Ive just realized for the last couple of weeks I haven't been receiving any of my voice mails. This morning I missed an important call, and know that they left a message. Not only did I not receive a text, but I also did not receive an email. So i decided to log on to Youmail, but it said that my pin is incorrect, which is bull because I have all my passwords saved on Firefox from the second i create them. So i told it to reset my password by email, and I still haven't received a reply.
